What happens when I turn 18 years old at Bayless?
If you have turned 18 since you began your care at Bayless, please contact us to set up a new portal for you as an adult. Portals for minors expire when patients turn 18. Dr. Michael Vines, MD. Psychiatrist
How do I contact Bayless in case of a crisis?
If you are currently experiencing a crisis please call the crisis hotline at 602-427-4600. If for any reason the patient is unable to keep the scheduled appointment it is the responsibility of the Patient, Parent, and/or Legal Guardian to call Bayless staff, at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance, to cancel.

If the Patient fails to cancel their appointment at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance, a $50 no show fee will be applied.
