Acton Medical replaced FollowMyHealth with the new patient portal, Healow, on February 8. Patients still have access to FollowMyHealth, but going forward Acton Medical will not be using, or loading new data into FMH.

The new online service allows current Pediatric patients, and approved parents and guardians, to request a Well Child or Annual Physical appointment without making a phone call. What age can you message a child's provider?
Age 0-12: Parents have access to the child’s full information. Age 13-17: As an authorized individual, parents can message with the child’s provider. The child will only be able to communicate back-and-forth with providers from the portal, no clinical information will flow into Healow during these ages.
