If you are a Hill Country patient needing medical advice after business hours, you can speak to an Advice Nurse by calling (530) 337-6243 and following directions. This nurse will not have access to your records nor be able to fill prescription requests, but can assess your situation, offer advice, and will communicate this to your primary care provider on the following business day.

Hill Country Health & Wellness Center offers services in 3 locations, one in Round Mountain and two in Redding, CA. None of our medical or dental services are offered on a walk-in basis. However, mental health support services are available on a walk-in basis at our Care Center at 1401 Gold St. in Redding (but no medications). Our original clinic , located in Round Mountain, is a beautiful thirty-five-minute drive from Redding and a twenty-five minute drive from Burney, in Shasta County. People come from locations even farther away because they feel they receive such good health care here. In each department, our compassionate, knowledgeable clinicians are willing to go the extra mile to help our patients. Medical, dental, counseling and chiropractic services are conveniently located in one building. Come by and see us at 29632 Hwy 299E, Round Mountain, CA 96084, or call us at (530) 337-5750 to make an appointment. We accept Medi-Cal, Medicare, and most forms of private insurance. Uninsured patients may be eligible for our sliding scale discount program.

In addition, we offer a sliding fee scale for uninsured, low-income patients. Proof of income is required. A patient assistant representative is on-site at the clinic to help patients with billing and payment. We may also be able to help you sign up for insurance under Covered CA.
