Grandview Medical Center is pleased to offer patients easy, secure and convenient access to their personal health information via its new MyHealthHome online portal, with access to information for visits starting on 12/6/2021 . What's new at Grandview Medical Center?

The new Grandview Medical Center features an expansive campus with larger floors to enable our medical staff to provide the best patient care possible. To help you navigate, we’ve implemented digital wayfinding throughout the campus to guide you from the parking garage to the lobby elevators, café and throughout the floors of the medical center.

Why choose Grand View Health for Critical Care Medicine?

These physicians have strong backgrounds in general and critical care medicine. After you are discharged, they will work with your primary care doctor on your post-discharge care. Grand View Health provides hospitalized patients with seven-day-a-week care by physicians who specialize in critical care medicine.

What is the number to call Grand View Health?

If you need additional information before, during or after your stay, call Patient Relations at 215-453-4975. Grand View Health is committed to patient safety. The most important step you can take is to wash your hands with soap and water or use an alcohol based hand sanitizer.

How to make sure your wishes are followed?

One way to make sure your wishes would be followed in such an event is to have written instructions, called advance healthcare directives, that explain what kind of treatment you would want.

Is Grand View Health a private hospital?

Grand View Health has private and semi-private patient rooms. Prior to admission, you may indicate your preference and every effort will be made to accommodate you. However, alternate arrangements may be necessary at times due to high patient volume or your physician’s orders.

Is Grand View Health changing its visitor policy?

As COVID-19 evolves, Grand View Health is making changes to our visitor policy. For the most up to date information, please go to GVH.org/COVID.

What is MyHealthHome? MyHealthHome is a free, secure online patient portal that gives you access to your health information anytime, day or night. The new patient portal is powered by Cerner.

Access

How can I access my child’s or other family member’s health information? If you are interested in MyHealthHome access for your child (ren) or an adult for whom you are legally responsible and that individual is a patient, you will need to request access via the instructions here for information on how to grant access to a designated caregiver/guardian..

Privacy & Confidentiality

Will my portal information be secure? Yes. MyHealthHome uses a secure, encrypted connection and all health data is stored on a secure server. Personal and medical information in the MyHealthHome portal remains confidential. Only you – and those you authorize – are able to see or gain access to the information in your portal.

How old do you have to be to visit Grandview Medical Center?

Grandview Medical Center is currently allowing one (1) visitor per patient. Visitors must be age 16 or older. No children allowed. All visitors will be required to: Wear a mask while in the hospital – mask should cover both mouth and nose. Social distance while in the hospital.

What time do women's area patients enter the emergency room?

Women’s area patients should enter through the 2nd floor from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. From 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. they should enter through the emergency room entrance.
