Can I send messages to my clinician through the patient portal?
As of now you will no longer be able to send messages to your clinician, request prescription renewals, request appointments, or pay bills online through this portal. The new BMH Patient Portal is called HealtheLife. This portal will contain health information from the BMH Medical Group and your Hospital encounters.
Who do I call for patient portal and healthelife app assistance?
You can also call Cerner Consumer Care at 877-621-8014 for patient portal and HealtheLife app assistance. Are additional apps available to view my health information? The HealtheLife and Apple Health apps are both currently available for you to download on your device.
How do I download the Cerner patient portal app?
Find the Cerner Patient Portal app by visiting the App Store on your device and search for HealtheLife.
