What are the patient portals and how do they work?

Our patient portals are a convenient way to securely view your personal health information and interact with Penn State Health. They play a key role in your heath care - providing a 24/7 connection to the information you need to make better decisions.

How do I sign up for my BHS health patient portal?

Go to MyBHSHealth.org to get started. Click on the "Sign Up" link. Complete the required fields. You will receive an email to verify and complete your enrollment. For your convenience, once you've signed up for the My BHS Health Patient Portal, download our mobile app, Meditech MHealth and choose My BHS Health Portal.

How do I access the Berkshire patient portal?

Mobile App: The Berkshire Patient Portal can be accessed through a mobile app, as well, once you are enrolled. The mobile app is called M Health, available in Google Play or the iTunes App Store.

Can I still use the current myhss patient portal through MyChart?

You will still be able to use the current MyHSS patient portal through the MyChart app, but after a period of time, you will need to download the new MyHSS app to access the MyHSS patient portal. How do I download the new MyHSS app?

It is a convenient, secure website that makes it easy to communicate with your physicians, pay bills, and make appointments.

Does Holy Spirit Medical Center use MyChart?

Patients of Holy Spirit Medical Center, or any of their outpatient clinics, will use MyChart as their patient portal. View participating clinics.

How Can I Sign Up?

In order to self enroll you will need a valid email address. Go to MyBHSHealth.org to get started.

How to upload insurance to a patient portal?

To upload your insurance: Log into your patient portal. Click the third tab labeled "Insurance". Click the blue tab labeled "Add New". Fill in the required fields: Insurance Company. Policy Number. Group Number. Scroll down and click the blue tab labeled "A dd".

Do you have to activate your SHSU email?

You must activate your SHSU email before you can log in. SHSU requires to submit all medical information through our Patient Portal. Our Patient Portal allows you to upload documents from your smartphone.

What is proxy access in UHS?

One of the features of MyChart is Proxy Access. Obtaining access to another persons’ UHS MyChart account that is NOT their own is called Proxy Access.

Does UHS have a MyChart?

UHS is excited to offer you the enhanced MyChart patient portal experience to better manage your health! Please note, your UHS medical information for approximately the past 3 years only will be in your MyChart account. If you have questions about your prior medical history, please talk with your provider.
