After you have scheduled your appointment, check your UND email account for a message with the subject: UND Student Health Appointment. (Be sure to check your junk folder.) Students should login to the HealthyHoos patient portal using Netbadge. New students will need to activate their virginia.edu email address AND their Netbadge ID to login. Both of these activations should occur before uploading the Pre-Entrance Health Form to HealthyHoos.

The WH&CS Patient Portal offers a variety of online options in an effort to improve patient access to SHC services; streamline your patient experience at SHC and facilitate communications between you and your providers and other SHC staff. Students should contact Student Health Services by email or phone before going to the Health Center, particularly if they have potential COVID-19 symptoms.

Who is eligible to use Student Health Services?

All currently enrolled University of North Georgia (UNG) students who pay the student health fee are eligible for care at Student Health Services.

How much notice do you need to give for a student health appointment?

Office visits for Student Health are currently scheduled by appointment only. We request that you please give our office at least 24-hour notice in the event that you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Patients arriving 10 minutes past their scheduled appointment time will be asked to reschedule.
