What is the mybaycare patient portal?
The BayCare patient portal, myBayCare, is your personal website for connecting to online medical records. BayCare now keeps certain hospital information in a SECURE, electronic medical record so your doctors and nurses have faster and more complete access to your records while you are a patient with us.
When can I view records for BayCare visits?
Winter Haven Hospital patients can view records for BayCare visits that occurred on or after June 1, 2015. Bartow Regional Medical Center patients can view records for BayCare visits that occurred on or before June 1, 2016. For additional assistance with the BayCare patient portal, please call (888) 499-9003.
What can a patient do through the patient portal?

How do I invite a patient to mybaycare?
If you manage the health of a BayCare patient, talk to the patient's BayCare health care provider during their next visit so they may receive a personal invitation to myBayCare. If you provided an email account during patient registration at a BayCare facility, you will also receive an email invitation to complete your myBayCare enrollment.
The Valley Hospital Patient Portal
Retrieve Valley Hospital-related medical information such as lab results, diagnostic imaging results, medications received while in the hospital, and a record of appointments for hospital services. You'll be asked at the time of your registration if you would like to sign up.

Can you use a portal locator on a patient portal?
Yes. Using the portal locator doesn’t affect your ability to use other URLs to log in to your patient portal.
