How do I create a password for the SJRA patient portal?

When you click on the link, you will be taken to our SJRA Patient Portal and prompted to create a password. Your password must be at least eight characters in length. It must contain at least two numbers, two uppercase alpha letters, and one unique character (i.e.!@#$%, etc.).

The Highlands Division delivers raw water from Lake Houston and the Trinity River through an extensive 27-mile system of canals and a 1,400-acre staging reservoir. The Highlands Division delivers more water each day than all of SJRA’s other operating divisions combined.

SJRA receives no money from the state, nor does it collect any type of taxes. Income is primarily derived from the sale and distribution of water and treatment of wastewater. This revenue covers the cost of operation and maintenance as well as outstanding debt. Revenue bonds are sold to finance projects.
