Why choose San Joaquin General Hospital and SJCC?

To help serve our medical providers, San Joaquin General Hospital (SJGH) and San Joaquin County Clinics (SJCC) offer physicians 24/7 access to their patients’ medical information safely and securely over the Internet through any one of our physician portals.

Is there an online patient portal for SJGH clinic?

We currently offer an Online Patient Portal for SJGH Clinic patients. You or a designated family member can view your clinic health records. For help enrolling visit our Patient Portal.

How do I sign-in to the patient portal?

Select the Patient Portal of your choice and follow the instructions appearing on the “Sign-in” page. For assistance with this new feature, please contact Release of Information in the Health Information Management Department at (209) 468-6732, Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm (Excluding Major Holidays).

What does an admissions representative ask you to fill out?

An admissions representative will ask you to fill out some forms and then you will be directed or escorted to your destination. If you are a patient in labor, enter through the Emergency entrance, you will be directed or, if need be, escorted from there.

What to bring to hospital for newborn?

What to Bring. Hospital gowns are available, but you may bring your own dressing robe and slippers. We encourage you to bring your own toiletries from home. If you are having a baby, bring clothes for your newborn. Upon discharge, you are required by law to have an infant car seat to transport your newborn home.

Can you bring jewelry to the hospital?

Please do not bring jewelry ( including rings), money or other valuable items to the Medical Center. If you do have money or valuables when you are admitted, please ask someone to take them home for you.
