What is the phone number for SJPN?

Your name and email address will be treated with the same care and privacy given your health records and will never be sold or leased by My Health Records or My Care Connection.

MyHealthRecord has completed a security update. This update will make accessing your medical information online, through a computer, tablet or smartphone, safe and easy. It will also provide you with a better user experience and enhanced security. There have been no security breaches with your current account.
