How do I get technical assistance with the new portal?
For any technical assistance or questions please contact us by phone at (888) 696-0108 from Monday to Friday 8am-5pm EST. Through the new portal, patients will experience health care enhancements including the ability to: Check visit history information and schedule new appointments online
Can I use the patient portal for emergency communications?
Although this tool is designed to be a convenient resource for our patients, it should not take the place of any important communications about your care. We continue to encourage you to call our office as necessary. NOTE: NEVER use the patient portal for emergency purposes. If you have an emergency, please call 911 or our office.

Why do we use telemedicine?
We are using telemedicine to provide clinical health care to our patients who do not feel well so they do not have to leave their home to consult with one of our providers. If you are sick, please call our office and our providers will consult with you. We want to reassure you that we are strict about keeping our office clean and we are screening patients for illness that come to our office.
