What happens if you move back to a non-MHS location?
If you move back to a non-MHS GENESIS location, you’ll resume use of the TOL Secure Patient Portal for all secure actions (appointing, viewing health data, prescription refills, secure messaging).

my.prmc.info is completely secure so that you can be confident that your private information is protected. Only you, or an authorized family member, can access your portal and view your information.
Do you need an email address for a hospital?
You must have an email address on file with the hospital in order to use/access the patient portal.
What to do if you have issues logging into your patient portal?
If you’re having issues logging into your patient portal, please contact your medical provider’s office for support.
Can you use a portal locator on a patient portal?
Yes. Using the portal locator doesn’t affect your ability to use other URLs to log in to your patient portal.
