Why can’t I self-enroll in the patient portal?
If you previously established an account for online access to your health record and need to gain access to that account again, you will not qualify for self-enrollment. Click on the Patient Portal Frequently Asked Question (FAQ) link in the sidebar on the right for more information on recovering access to your health record.
How to contact MHCS?
For questions please contact MHCS Information Systems Department at 402-646-4593. The registration process will require your patient identification number assigned to you during your recent hospitalization. The best place to find this number is the card given to you upon admissions.

What is outpatient rehab?
Outpatient rehab physical therapy is designed for patients who are in need of physical therapy due to an injury or serious medical condition but are independent enough to receive these services while living at home. The focus of outpatient physical therapy is helping people improve their mobility and quality of life, so they can get back to daily activities. Visits tend to be between 40 and 60 minutes, with additional exercises that a patient can do at home. An outpatient physical therapy clinic may also offer other services such as aquatic therapy, biofeedback, massage, and more.
