What is Shasta Health Connect? Shasta Health Connect is our online patient portal. It is a safe, private, and easy-to-use website that gives you 24-hour access to your health information. You can safely access your portal account from anywhere, anytime, using a computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone over an internet or cellular connection.

What is the patient portal?

The Patient Portal gives our patients in Alaska, Hawai'i, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, and western Washington fast, easy, and secure online access to their private health information. Using the Patient Portal, you can: Send Planned Parenthood staff a secure message and receive personalized replies from our expert providers (usually within 48 hours)

What happens when a message is sent from Shasta Community Health Center?

When a message is sent from your health care team, you will receive an email stating you have a new message from Shasta Community Health Center and you will need to log in to Shasta Health Connect to view it. Need Help? If playback doesn't begin shortly, try restarting your device.

How do I get my results from the patient portal?

Please request access to your Patient Portal account at your next appointment. Follow the steps below to receive your results. An email alert will be sent to you when your results are on Patient Portal. Your results will appear under the Results icon. It may take up to a day for your test results to appear.

Step 1: Register

Fill in your name, contact information, optional insurance information, and create a username and password.

Step 2: Login

Login with your username and password. You can access the portal from your phone or desktop computer.

How old do you have to be to sign up for Shasta Health Connect?

Sign Up for Shasta Health Connect. To create an account, you must be age 18 or older. Children under the age of 18 cannot create an account for themselves; however, children 0-11 years of age can be added to a parent or guardian’s account. If you would like to add a child to your account, please call (530) 246-5824.

Does Shasta Health send health information?

No health information is sent by email. When a message is sent from your health care team, you will receive an email stating you have a new message from Shasta Community Health Center and you will need to log in to Shasta Health Connect to view it.
