What information is Holzer sending to my Patient Portal?

We are excited to let you know that as of Monday, August 8th, Holzer is now sending more information to your patient portal. Previously, you only had access to review the following information through your patient portal: released lab results, medications, vaccines, and other great information.

How do I contact Holzer clinic customer service?

For questions about your bill, you can speak to one of our clinic customer service representatives by calling 740-446-5252 or email [email protected]. Office Hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Brighten someone’s day with a free, personalized Cheer Card from Holzer.

What information can I review through the patient portal?

Previously, you only had access to review the following information through your patient portal: released lab results, medications, vaccines, and other great information. With our new release update, you will continue to get all the previous information and more.

What is included in a hospital patient portal?

Vital signs (body temperature, pulse rate, breathing rate, blood pressure) The Hospital Patient Portal (FollowMyHealth) contains visit information from your hospital stay or emergency room visit, including discharge summaries from these visits.
