Covenant Family Medicine Home is a member of a network of physician practices that utilizes Change Healthcare, a secure, web based system that allows you to contact our doctor electronically. Change Healthcare is available 24 hours a day for you to review your labs and conduct non-urgent communications with our office.
Does Change Healthcare require access code?
Change Healthcare requires an access code in order to enroll. This code is provided in office at the time of your visit. DO NOT CREATE ACCOUNT WITHOUT ACCESS CODE. To visit the login page, click the link below.
Can you use Change Healthcare for urgent care?
Change Healthcare is NOT to be used for urgent or emergency communications. Communication through the portal is not intended to replace an office visit. Please do not send messages through Change Healthcare that require immediate medical attention. If you do not receive a response within 72 hours, you should contact the office.
