While in CS SoftDent, select reports from the top ribbon, hover the mouse over patients – side menu will show – and select Last Visit – you can access this list while on any screen. Once clicked Last Visit, a popup window will appear. You will enter any data you’d like for the report to reflect.

  • From the main menu bar, select Reports.
  • Select Practice Management.
  • Select Patient Visit Statistics.
  • Select the providers and do one of the following: ...
  • To generate the report, click Compute.
  • To print the report, click Print.
