You may access your patient portal via the Healthelife app as well; if you are a new user please notify your registration team member or contact Medical Records. Also, you may access portions of your Health Record via an Application Processing Interface (API) of your choice. All information is private and secure from unauthorized access.
What can I do with the online patient portal?
The online patient portal is offered to adults, age 18 and over, and to parents or legal guardians of children up to age 12. View most laboratory and radiology results online. Access most health records in one place, such as procedures, immunizations, medications, allergies and health issues.

You can access your My BHS Health portal on either an iPhone or Android smartphone or tablet. Questions? If you have any questions regarding My BHS Health Portal, contact 888-265-7247 . Please Note: After July 1st the Your Care Community Patient Portal will be discontinued. Please print or save a copy of your portal record.
Is there a patient portal available for Southeast Georgia health system patients?
Due to the many services provided throughout Southeast Georgia Health System, medical records information is not provided via the patient portal for patients 12 to 17 years of age. Medical records for these patients are available through the Medical Records department on the Brunswick or Camden campus.

Can you use a portal locator on a patient portal?
Yes. Using the portal locator doesn’t affect your ability to use other URLs to log in to your patient portal.
What is proxy access in UHS?
One of the features of MyChart is Proxy Access. Obtaining access to another persons’ UHS MyChart account that is NOT their own is called Proxy Access.
