What should I expect my first visit?
During your initial visit, the doctor will take a detailed medical history and perform a neurological examination. He will explain the specific test (s) or procedure (s) you might need. Your therapy options will be discussed and a plan of care will be established. Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled appt.
What if I have to cancel my appointment?
We ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hours or one business day notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Otherwise, you will be assessed a $50 no-show fee, which is not covered by insurance.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept checks, cash, Visa, and Master Card. Your co-pay is required at the time of service.
