Patient between ages 14 to 18: Parent or legal guardian will have limited access to the child’s My Health Connection account. They will have the ability to message the child’s provider (s), but they will not be able to view test results, appointments, etc.

Vaccination appointments (first, second and booster doses) can be scheduled on My UC Health (MyChart) or by calling 513-584-DOSE (3673) weekdays, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Appointments are required in advance and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. They do not need consent by their parent or guardian. UCHealth respects the rights of these young patients to keep their medical care private. Parents and legal guardians can see some parts of the child’s medical record only with a durable power of attorney for health care.

If you are the parent or guardian of a child younger than 14, you may request complete access to their medical record. You will be able to see all test results, schedule appointments, and read and send messages on your child’s behalf. ​
