What is mymsk?

At Memorial Sloan Kettering, we understand how important it is for you to have ready access to information about your or your child’s care, anytime you need it. MyMSK is a secure website and app that gives you convenient online access to a broad range of personalized information and services.

Does the portal create a patient relationship with MSK?

Your use of the Portal does not create a patient relationship between you and MSK. The Portal is not a substitute for a medical consultation or medical advice, nor is the Portal intended to provide medical care or act as a replacement for visits with a healthcare provider. You should not rely on the Portal for managing your health.

How do I get an enrollment ID for mymsk?

Before your first appointment, you may have received an enrollment ID by email, or you can request one from a patient care advisor by calling 833-920-3234. After your first appointment, you need an enrollment ID and your medical record number (MRN) to create a MyMSK account.

How do I contact the mymsk help desk?

You can also call the MyMSK Help Desk toll free at 646-227-2593 in New York City, or call toll free outside New York City at 800-248-0593, Monday through Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM (Eastern Time). Do not use MyMSK to send messages about anything that needs attention right away.

Who can walk you through MSK?

If you’re new to MSK, the Office Coordinator (OC) in your doctor’s office can walk you through enrollment, including caregiver access.

Do you have to wear a mask at MSK?

Patients and visitors must continue to wear masks while at MSK, including people who are fully vaccinated. MSK is offering COVID-19 vaccines to all patients age 12 and over. To schedule or learn more, read this.

What is user information?

User Information. In these Terms, your "User Information" means any material that you submit to us through your use of the Portal for whatever purpose. You agree only to provide User Information that is accurate, and you agree to keep your User Information current, including your email address.

What is MSK's right to use your information?

By submitting or uploading User Information to the Portal, you grant MSK the right to access, view, display, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, store, host, cache, maintain, modify, distribute and otherwise use your User Information in any manner that complies with the MyMSK Privacy Policy and applicable law, including the regulations issued under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) where applicable. The right you grant to MSK includes an unrestricted, worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, perpetual, fully-paid, royalty-free, transferrable license. You also grant MSK the right to sub-license these rights through multiple tiers. Although we have no obligation to screen, edit, or monitor your User Information, we may, in our sole discretion, delete or remove your User Information at any time and for any reason.

How to get a copy of my medical records?

Patients may request a complete copy of their medical record by contacting MSK's Health Information Management department at 646-227-2089 or by going to the "Medical Info" section of the Portal, selecting "Ask for Your Medical Records," to complete a request form.

Can a parent/legal guardian register for a proxy account?

For patients who are minors, a parent/legal guardian may register for a Proxy account. Patients who are minors over the age of 10 will be asked to provide consent allowing their parents/guardians access to medical information which is protected under NY law as "minor consented services." Once the minor consents to provide their parents/guardians access to the Portal, the Parents/guardians will have access to all information that is available on the Portal, including minor consented services. If a minor over the age of 10 does not consent to proxy access for minor consented services, the Portal account associated with such minor will not be accessible. MSK grants a limited license to you to make personal use only of the Portal in accordance with these Terms, including downloading and printing information from the Portal. This license expressly excludes, without limitation:
