The St. Charles MyChart patient portal offers you, our Central Oregon patients, personalized and secure online access to portions of your medical records, as well as multiple tools to help you manage your care. MyChart is accessible through a web browser or mobile application.

How do I add St Tammany health system to MyChart?

Let the app know you’re a St. Tammany Health System patient. After downloading the MyChart app, you must identify and add your healthcare organization by using the “Provider” button in the top right corner. Next, select the “+” icon and type “St. Tammany” in the search box. Finally, select “St. Tammany Health System” as your provider.

For any questions, call our Help Desk at 866-385-7060. If you do not remember any of this information, or you do not have a valid e-mail address on file, you will have to contact your MyChart help desk at 1(866)385-7060 to help you regain access to your MyChart account.

Why is my MyChart disabled?

Most likely, you have tried to access your MyChart account 5 times in a row using the wrong password. If you do this, for security purposes, your account is disabled. If your account becomes disabled, you should call 740-454-5008.
