Who needs access to the Patient Portal account?

I am enrolling for the first time

You can enroll in the patient portal online or through printed forms. We'll provide directions for both.

If you have a patient portal account for one child, you can add additional children to your account. We'll help you get started.

My child is over 18, I need enrollment or access information

We can help you get access to patient portal accounts for patients over the age of 18. There are typically a few situations where this is needed:

You must have requested access to the patient portal to begin. Once you have done so, we will send you an invitation to join the portal.

Other ways to get your health records

We can mail, email, or fax written records to you. For images, such as x-rays, we will send them to you through the mail on a CD. If you are requesting us to send your health records to a third party, we will need a written consent.

While you can login and view your information using the browser on your mobile phone or tablet, here are some apps that make getting your information and deciphering it a lot easier.

My Health Record is free to use, simple to sign-up for and is completely secure. Only you and your care team at the hospital will have access to your private health information.

Do you call the hospital patient portal?

Do not call the Support Center number for the hospital patient portal. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 and do not use online messaging.
