What is included in the patient portals?

The patient portals for St. Peter's Health Partner provides you, our valued patient, online access to your health information from either an outpatient doctor's visit or an inpatient hospital stay. Health information may include blood test results, radiology results, your medical diagnoses, and more.

What happened to St Peter's Health Partners patient portal?

St. Peter's Health Partners is transitioning to a new patient portal – Trinity Health MyChart – in May 2021. After the transition, any new information, including prescription refills, visit notes and lab results, will be in your new MyChart patient portal.

Can I still access my medical information from previous patient portals?

You can still access your historical medical information from our previous patient portals (athenahealth and MyHealth). However, you will only be able to view and read the information; you will not be able to communicate with your provider and no new information will be added. Need Help? How long does it take to get results from a lab?

Your visit information should be available almost immediately. Test results from labs or imaging procedures should be available in no more than 36 hours. Some information may have an additional delay.

Do you need an email address for each patient portal?

Only you have access to your patient portal account, unless you want to grant access to someone else. A separate email address is required for each person and each patient portal account.
