What is MRMC portal?
The MRMC patient portal is an electronic health record that includes a view of your clinical data. The data on the portal includes test results, medications, allergies, immunizations, health issues, and billing statements.

How to view clinical records?
Click Medical Records to begin looking at your clinical records. Click on the name of the patient you are authorized to view. The patient’s clinical visits will be listed chronologically. Select the visit you would like to view and double-click. Click the “Transmit, download or print Summary of Care document”.

Our hours of operation are 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Can I get a copy of my birth certificate from Magnolia Regional Medical Center?
Can I get a copy of my child’s birth certificate? Magnolia Regional Medical Center does not have copies of birth certificates. After your baby was born, you were given a Birth Certificate Application (Birth Certificate Information Form) to fill out. Mail the completed form, along with $12.00, to Vital Records.

- To gain access to the health records of others, you will need to visit our Medical Records office, located within our facility near Entrance E.
