How do I access my IU Health medical records?

Access your medical records with My IU Health or request copies of your medical records. Use My IU Health to self-schedule appointments with select providers, send messages to your care team, view lab test results and pay a bill. It is secure and easy to use.

Is IUPUI accredited for medical services?

In addition, our goals are to provide medical services to IUPUI employees when related to their work, educational and training sessions. We are accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care. Are you sick? When should you see a provider?

How do I request an appointment with an IU Health Doctor?

If you are not yet an IU Health patient, please request your first appointment or call 1.888.IUHEALTH to request an appointment.

Quarantine and isolation resources

The testing, quarantine, and isolation processes can be overwhelming, so we’ve prepared guides to help you know what to do and what resources are available through each process. The information is also specific to whether you’re living in on-campus housing or living off campus.

One of the most important things you can do to safeguard your health is stay current on your vaccinations. You can get many of the immunizations you need right here, including:
