Patients can access their unique QR code by logging into their account on the iPLEDGE REMS Website . Patients can consult their prescriber, call the iPLEDGE Contact Center at (866) 495-0654 or visit the iPLEDGE website for more information about this change.

How do I start iPLEDGE?

Fill out 2 page informed consent in iPledge book and 2 in-office consents. Get urine pregnancy test done at a lab of your choice. 2 days later, our office will receive your test results and register you in the iPledge system. This will start your 30 day hold.
