Yes, if you are an established patient of a provider you may select that provider and send a message. Often times, these messages are reviewed by a staff member in that providers office. Each message will be handled according to the processes setup by that office and do not always get reviewed by the provider.

Yes. Lab results will show up in your patient portal with a connection to Hendrick Medical Center for lab work done at one of our testing facilities.

Does Hendricks Regional Health have a patient portal?
As a member of Hendricks Regional Health Medical Group, our office now has a patient portal to help you manage your health. The portal is through our technology partner, eClinicalWorks. If you opt to participate, you will receive and initial email from [email protected] with the subject “Portal login information from your doctor’s office.” This email will give you access to your account. The portal will also send email reminders with the subject “New Appointment Reminder.”
