How does the urgent care portal work?
The urgent care patient portal allows patients to directly request appointments online within the My Appointments screen. Patients have access to information on upcoming appointments (including their doctor’s names and dates and times of appointments). Patients also have the option to cancel appointments, in addition to viewing the history of past appointments.

What is online bill pay?
Online Bill Pay: Our online bill pay feature allows you to reduce staff workload and get paid faster. Patients are able to view their urgent care statements, make payments, and even contact you through the secure messaging system should they have questions about their bill.
Can urgent care patients scan their insurance card?
Scanning patient insurance cards and entering that data in to your EMR system takes time and can result in data entry errors. From our urgent care patient portal’s My Insurance screen, urgent care patients can input their insurance information on their own and update that data as it changes.
Can urgent care patients be faxed?
With the urgent care patient portal, you are able to create custom lists of folders and subfolders to manage documents taken from charts. Documents can be faxed or emailed to patients directly from the EMR system as they are required.
