How to contact Frederick Health?

If you are experiencing trouble logging into your Frederick Health Patient Portal account please call 240-566-4567 or email [email protected]. If you have a medical question, refill request, appointment cancellation, or any other concerns related to your care, please message your provider within the portal or call your provider’s office.

Does Frederick Health have a NextGen patient portal?

Patients of selected Frederick Health Medical Group specialties will still have access to the NextGen Patient Portal. You may use this portal to access historical information related to care provided by any participating practice.

What is the patient portal?

Call us at (877) 324-4483. Our Patient Portal is a web-based system that uses real-time technology to provide access to all of your treatment needs. Patients can schedule appointments, view lab results and medicines, and even message directly with our practice.

How to set up a FCI account?

Step 1: From any computer, tablet or smartphone, go to FCI.MyHealthPatientPortal.com and click “Register” on the login page. Step 2: Enter your date of birth and your unique patient number. Current patients get their unique patient number from their clinic.
