Patient Portal now available! Families with children 12 and under can now sign up for the MyKidsChart Patient Portal through East Bay Pediatrics' Electronic Health Record. MyKidsChart allows you to view your child's recent and upcoming visits, immunization records, lab results, and more.

How do I contact East Bay Pediatrics?
