The After Hours Clinic provides urgent care for patients who are unable to see their primary care physician during regular office hours. The BIDHC After Hours Clinic is staffed by Beth Israel Deaconess HealthCare providers who will share the details of your visit with your primary care physician.

The After Hours Clinic is located at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Needham, giving patients instant access to hospital services including laboratory, radiology and the emergency department. There is plenty of free parking available. The After Hours Clinic is easily accessible through the Main Entrance of the hospital at 148 Chestnut Street in Needham.

What is Crown Colony Pediatrics?

Crown Colony Pediatrics is now able to provide virtual visits for some medical appointments. A virtual visit service connects you directly to your child’s behavioral health or medical clinician through a secure and confidential live interactive video system. This service allows your child to receive the care he or she needs right from home - or another convenient location as long as your are in Massachusetts. Virtual visits are similar to face-to-face visits - the clinician will review your child’s symptoms, answer questions and discuss next steps. Your physician will decide which visits are appropriate for a virtual visit.

Please call the office at 617-471-3411 for assistance. If you are already signed up for MyChart - you will need to get the app on your phone. When downloading the MyChart app look for its logo, the folder with a red heart.

We are a team of 5 Board Certified Pediatricians & Members of the American Academy Of Pediatrics. We have dedicated our practice to caring for our patients & their families as they grow.

Prior to your Visit

If you are transferring in from another practice, we ask that you send us any previous medical records including immunization records so we may review them and get to know your child prior to their first appointment. After reviewing the records, we will call you to schedule a time to be seen.

At the Time of your Visit

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment and bring your insurance card and photo ID to expedite the check-in process. Co-pays are due at the time of your visit.

My-Chart Patient Portal

My-Chart is our on-line patient portal. After completing the enrollment form in the office, you will be given an activation code that will give you access to the MyChart portal and the opportunity to create a login/password for MyChart.
