E-Visits. An E-Visit is a non-urgent visit with your Provider that would otherwise require an office visit. You may initiate an e-visit in which you answer questions based upon your general symptoms and/or conditions for assessment by your Provider. Any information provided as part of an E-Visit becomes part of your Medical Record. If your health insurance coverage does not cover E-Visits, you will be responsible for any applicable fees. You are responsible for these fees and/or copayment charges and agree that your Provider may charge you for E-Visits.
