We are pleased you have chosen to use the Cary OB/GYN Patient Portal to communicate in a secure and confidential manner with your healthcare team 24/7! We are now allowing 1 Adult visitor to accompany our pregnant patients to each visit. We are still requiring masks for all patients, visitors and staff.

With the patient portal you can manage appointments, view medications, manage your health records, send secure messages, and manage your documents and user profile. First time users can read this manual to get started. Our staff will send the appropriate forms for you to fill out prior to your appointment at Conway OB-GYN.

When was Raleigh OB/GYN founded?

Raleigh OB/GYN Centre began offering state of the art care in January 1974. We were founded with a mission to provide women and their families with personalized, unwavering care. Since that time, our mission and values have remained the same.

Confidentiality

Your information is strictly confidential and will be guarded closely by our staff as private. We will not release any information from your file without your written permission. Communication forms are available for patients to advise our staff how they would like to be contacted regarding appointments and test results.

Appointments

Please call our office at (919) 876-8225 with any questions or to schedule an appointment.

Cancellations

Should you find it necessary to cancel your appointment, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice so that we can offer this valuable time to another patient.

Financial Policies

Our practice accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover for your convenience. We also accept Care Credit. As a courtesy, our office will file insurance for you. Please have your current insurance ID card available at each visit so we can avoid filing errors.

Completion of Forms

A fee of $20.00 will be charged as patient responsibility for completion of forms and must be paid at the time you bring in the forms, including the following but not limited to: Disability, FMLA, and Leave of Absence, letters regarding flying and/or airline tickets and letters to employers

Our staff will send the appropriate forms for you to fill out prior to your appointment at Conway OB GYN. Be sure to look over our financial policy before your appointment and contact us with any questions you may have.

Depending on your insurance coverage, you may accrue additional costs during your visit. We make paying your bill simple with the Phreesia online bill payment system. Click the link below and a new browser window will open for access to the Phreesia 3rd party bill payment system.

Good Faith Estimate Notice

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

COVID-19 Update

Please download the MyWomanCare App, set up your account and complete all tasks assigned to your appointment. This will help streamline your appointment and minimize your time in the office. Upon arrival, please stop at the table set up in the building lobby for a temperature check and screening questions.
