Did Laura and Julie work with insurance?
We have had two insurance billing issues come up and, contrary to two other reviews I've seen online, Laura and Julie were easy to work with and happy to help us figure them out. One of them dragged on for many months, I'm sorry to say, and though it was ultimately resolved by our insurance company, I can absolutely understand why the office may have needed to tighten their policies about outstanding payments after that experience (which I'm sure was just one of many).
Do you need a number to get into a health center?
Highly recommend if you are looking for a health center that you are a name, not a number. They do their best to get you in ASAP if needed. Most doctor offices I have been to keep you waiting for weeks for an appointment until your symptoms pass.
