Prescription Information

To get a prescription refill, first call your pharmacy 3-5 days before you will run out of your medicine. If you have no refills, ask the pharmacist to send a refill request to our office.

How to register for WCCHS?

Provide the WCCHS care team with your email address when you register at the hospital. You will then receive a personal email invitation with complete instructions for quick and easy registration. Hospital staff is available to assist you in signing up for the Patient Portal.

Is there a charge for a walk in clinic for uninsured?

If you are uninsured, there is no charge. Call the Health Department at 786-8890 with questions. This will be the final Health Department walk-in COVID-19 vaccination clinic for the next several weeks. The Health Department expects to resume vaccinating later this Summer, before school begins.
